WHY WE STOCK THIS:

Schoppel is a German brand and as such adheres to the great policies of the EU, including replacing ALL of it's Nylon with Biodegradable Nylon! As stated on their website: "We aim at sound and equal business relations with our customers: based on shared values and high ethical standards". You can find more about their various ranges and transparency here. Basically, they "guarantee 100% sustainable and socially acceptable production in Europe over the whole production process"- which means local and ethical, and gets the thumbs up from us!

Cotton is a particularly difficult one for us- there are tons of places that do cotton for cheap, but it's not organic or sustainable which means it's not good for the planet or the people harvesting it, which means we wouldn't feel good about ordering it in. We were thrilled to see this organic cotton that's produced in Greece!

"Super Green Cotton
