Shipping Policies

We are located in England in the UK, and we use Royal Mail for both domestic and international orders. 

We ship worldwide, and always strive to provide the cheapest option available. We get proof of postage, always, but if you need signed or tracked, please contact us.

Brexit and the EU:
For our EU customers, please note that customs charges may be applied on your end when your package gets to your country. This is unfortunately out of our control. We value our EU customers, so please email if you have any questions. 


When to expect your order? 
We ship out at least once a week (usually a monday) and depending on where you live it can take between 2-10 business days to get to you. We know you're excited, and we try to get it out to you asap!! If you haven't received your order after two weeks, please let us know! 

Pre-orders & Custom orders?
Pre-Orders of yarn usually take a week to get to us, then normal shipping times apply. Custom orders are usually done within a week of receiving the order unless otherwise specified. We will e-mail you of any changes. 

Packaging:
We use recycled and reused packaging. It's something we pride ourselves on. Your order is packed in a recyclable brown paper bag, tied with a recycled string and then placed into a reused or biodegradable mailer. We also handwrite all our labels, as we know some of you get a kick out of that! It's a small personal touch but it makes us smile.

Gift: 
If you're buying a gift for someone and want us to take off price tags or not put an invoice in, please let us know.

Want to pick up your order in our near-Bristol shop?
Sure thing, you can choose collection as an option at check out! Also we offer local delivery too! If you choose the wrong postage option and want to change, please email us and we'll do our best!
